XL Antique Glazed Wine Jar
Couldn't load pickup availability
Strikingly beautiful rare antique wine jar from rural Asia, dating to the late Qing to early Republic era (c. 1880–1930). Hand thrown in thick earthenware and finished in a dark iron-rich glaze with a subtle cross-hatched surface texture.
This pot is substantial and heavy, with a wide rounded body, tapered base, and a 5” opening. The glaze shows age-related variation and handling marks, but the jar remains stable and intact, with no repairs and is in excellent antique condition.
