We offer free standard delivery for all orders over £75

Our fragile goods will be sent with an independent courier via a hand delivered service within 7-21 days. Please note, acceptance of delivery is assumed that the customer is satisfied and that no damage has occurred in transit

We aim to ship via Royal Mail within 2-4 business days

International Delivery Prices

We offer flat rate shipping to Republic of Ireland (ROI) and the USA. Please note, some of our larger goods (such as our antique pots) require specialist courier and aren't included in the rates below. Please get in touch if you would like us to source a shipping quote.

ROI - flat rate £10

USA - flat rate £35. Free shipping is available to the USA over £250*. Customs is covered up to $800*

*Please note, when a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import customs, taxes or duties. These charges are imposed by the destination country and raised once the parcel reaches its destination. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and we are unable to predict what these charges may be. There are handy tools available online which may help with an estimated cost.

Fulfilment of artwork

We work with a small number of independent artists who ship their work directly to you. We take a small commission, but the artist is responsible for packaging and shipping your order.

Damaged Orders

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos. We’ll work with the artist to resolve the issue.

Returning Artwork   

Because each piece is unique and made/shipped individually, returns are handled case by case. If there’s an issue, reach out within 14 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to help.
