Refund policy
We really hope that you love your item, however we understand the need for flexibility. We have an extended 90 days returns policy over the Christmas period and this covers any purchase made between 01.11.24 - 24.12.24
Please note, we are unable to accept returns for products within our outlet collection
- Please email us at hello@salthome.co.uk with your order number and we will advise on next steps. You will be refunded on your original payment method (please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to reach your account)
- Postage for returns is at the customer's own cost. Please keep proof of postage as we cannot be held accountable for lost or damaged items during transit
- Please note, large antique pots should be returned back to us using a hand delivery courier service who specialise in fragile goods. We are happy to arrange this with our courier on your behalf. Antiques that are returned to us damaged will not be eligible for a refund
- Items must be returned undamaged and unused in their original packaging. *Please note that our European brass mills must remain in their original wrap in order to be eligible for a return* once the mills have been removed from their wrap we are unable to re-sell. We also advise keeping hold of the proof of postage in case any items get lost on their way back to us
We want all customers to have the best possible shopping experience at Salt Home. If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please email us within 48 hours of receiving the item at hello@salthome.co.uk. Please provide us with images and your order number so that we can resolve the issue for you as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Returning Artwork
Because each piece is unique and made/shipped individually, returns are handled case by case. If there’s an issue, reach out within 14 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to help.
