Antique Mediterranean Olive Jar
Couldn't load pickup availability
A beautiful earthy antique terracotta olive jar with classic amphora style dual side handles. Vessels like this were traditionally used across Southern Europe and the Mediterranean for storing olives, oil, wine, or grains, and were hand formed from unglazed clay then left to dry in the sun before firing.
This por has a warm, earthy surface patina, subtle mineral markings, and texture that only time can create. Perfect as a sculptural vessel in a rustic, wabi-sabi, or organic modern interior.
The piece is completely unique, showing the irregularities and character expected of hand built pottery.
