Large Antique Floor Standing Wine Jar
Couldn't load pickup availability
A large hand thrown earthenware storage jar from rural Asia, c. early 20th century. The vessel has a rounded body, narrow neck and 4–5” opening.
What makes this pot special is the contrast in surface texture, one side is heavily patterned with raised relief and tooling marks, while the reverse is smoother with visible hand carved lines. Both sides are original and simply reflect how the clay was worked and finished, giving the pot two distinct display options depending on orientation.
