Antique 19th Century Wine Jar
Our pinch neck antique wine jars originate from the Shandong province and were once likely used used to store water, vinegar, or fermented rice wine
Each jar was handmade circa 100 years ago using regional clay. Left unglazed, the jars have the most incredible patina and each has it's own unique organic smoke patterns which would have been created during the firing process
Today these old jars make beautiful decorative vessels - pair with herbs or foliage to bring an organic, earthy element to your space
Expect to find markings of years of loyal use; including bumps, chips and blemishes
Dimensions: height 10.5”
Please note, outlet items are non refundable
